How we work

We are a broker. We do not laminate glass or build machines. We find the manufacturer that can build your specification, and we stay your one contact until the paperwork is closed.

What you get from a broker

One contact, in English or Spanish, for quote, order, freight and documents. You keep your specification. We handle the sourcing around it.

  1. 01 —

    Specify

You send the makeup or machine, sizes, quantities and destination state. If something is missing, we ask before we quote.

    You receive
    A written specification
  2. 02 —

    Source

We go to manufacturers that can build that specification and return a quote with price, lead time and freight.

    A quote
  3. 03 —

    Verify

Before the order ships, we review the manufacturer's production records and photos against your specification: makeup, sizes, quantities and marks. Third-party inspection is available when your order calls for it.

    You receive
    An order review with photos

    Ship

We arrange packing and freight to your receiving point, and tell you the dates as they firm up.

    Document

You receive the paperwork for the order, in one set, for your files.

Documents per order

What you receive with each order. Some of it comes from the manufacturer, so it depends on what they issue.

If your file needs a specific document, ask when you request the quote.

  • Spec sheet for the makeup or machine
  • Order confirmation
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Bill of lading
  • Manufacturer test reports and certificates, where issued
  • Documentation to support your NOA, on request

Buyer questions

Can I get samples?

Yes. Request one from any row in the makeup table, or in the quote form. Tell us the makeup and where to send it.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the makeup and on whether you take stock sheets or cut sizes. Tell us your quantities and we will confirm.

What are the lead times?

We confirm the date on each quote, because it depends on the makeup and the current production slot.

How is glass packed and shipped?

We confirm packing and freight to your receiving point on each quote. Tell us how your dock unloads so the load arrives in a form you can handle.

Which documents do I receive?

A spec sheet, order confirmation, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus manufacturer reports where issued. Documentation to support your NOA is available on request.

Is your glass approved for impact windows?

Approval belongs to the tested window or door, not to the glass alone. Your product approval names the makeup. We supply against that makeup and can provide documentation for your file on request. The glass must also carry the marks your approval calls for. Send your NOA number with the quote request and we check the makeup, interlayer and marks against it.

Where do you ship?

Florida and select U.S. markets. If you are elsewhere in the U.S., ask and we will tell you if we can serve the location.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Spanish, in writing and on the phone. Documents are issued in the language the manufacturer provides.
