Built to the edge.

Straight-line edgers, waterjet cutters and three-head drilling machines for glass fabrication lines. Tell us the glass you run and the volume, and we will match the machine.

Vertical straight-line edger · 12 spindlesElevation of a lite on edge, pressed between two toothed belts, one in front and one behind, and traveling from right to left. Its lower edge stays free, and twelve wheels work it from below, grouped in stages along the feed: roughing with three diamond wheels, a resin and polish pair at 45 degrees on the front face, the same pair on the rear face, fining with two resin wheels, and polishing with three wheels.TOOTHED BELTS · FRONT AND REARFEEDD1D2D3R1P1R2P2R3R4P3P4P5ROUGHINGFRONTBEVELREARBEVELFININGPOLISHINGFIG · 08 / SLE-12 · SCHEMATIC

SLE-12

Vertical straight-line edger, 12 spindles

A polished flat edge with a 45° bevel on both faces, in a single pass. The lite travels on edge from right to left, pressed between two toothed belts, and its lower edge stays free for the wheels below.

Waterjet cutter

Abrasive waterjet cutting for shapes, notches and cutouts in flat glass, on pieces up to 98" × 118". A three-axis head reads DXF files directly. It pierces at low pressure, then rises to high pressure to cut without cracking the glass.

Three-head drilling machine

Three heads in a row, each with an upper and a lower spindle facing each other across the lite, which lies flat on a ball transfer table. The lower drill feeds automatically and the upper one automatically or by hand. The heads work separately or together, with the same or different diameters.
